Stop, Learn and GO REMC! Customer Feedback Links

Do you have a product you think should be on REMC Bid?  Do you have a vendor experience you would like to share?  REMC has two online forms - - tell us, we listen!

As REMC prepares for the next bid cycle, customer input on products or product categories  not currently on REMC bid is valuable.  It’s all about meeting the purchasing needs of schools in Michigan with the $AVE Focus Factor!   REMC Bid is a service of your local REMC Center and was designed to competitively bid products on a statewide aggregated level.  We also want your feedback on your business transactions to awarded REMC vendors.  This information helps us learn about awarded vendors separate from the bid solicitation and contract award processes.  In some instances, the REMC Bid Project has been able to avoid onset of potential problems through notification of an easily remedied solution through the use of this form.  REMC is also able to identify to provide feedback to vendors on where they excel and what may need some improvement!  Feedback is a major $AVE Focus Factor!  These forms with your input are utilized in the bid process planning process for the next bid cycle.

To locate the forms navigate to the CUSTOMER CENTER section on this page by selecting the Product Recommendation the Vendor Evaluations links.

Thank you for your feedback!!
